Entrepreneurship
To develop an entrepreneurial spirit among the workforce is maybe one of the most frequently expressed objectives for cultural change expressed in companies today. The very notion of entrepreneurship is associated with terms such as new, innovative, flexible, dynamic, creative and risk-taking. At the basis, entrepreneurship is about identifying and pursuing opportunities. This can take the form of both new start-up ventures and spinn-offs or intrapreneurial projects, i.e., new ventures within existing organizations. This seminar will provide insights and knowledge into:

  • The processes of generating and evaluating business ideas,
  • The processes of individual and group creativity,
  • The preparation of a business plan,
  • The legal issues of new business ventures,
  • The issues of financing new business ventures,
  • The market launch of innovative products and services.
