Change Management
In almost any kind of industry or business, as well as in public organisations and services, the rules of the game have changed radically over the last ten years due to such well-known factors as globalization and information and communication technology explosion. External forces or aggressive competition from new entrants continuously change the conditions by which companies and organizations make profit and provide effective and efficient products and services. If change is a constant in organizational life, then change has to be managed. In this seminar the participants will learn how to:

  • Draw strategy maps and assess strategic orientations of their company in order to develop a platform from which change should be managed,
  • Analyse different and simultaneously evolving drivers for change in view of mastering how change processes unfold,
  • Use diagnostic tools and frameworks to make sense of and bring clarity to complex change, and assess organizational readiness for change,
  • Analyse and take action on the causes of resistance to change,
  • Develop change management skills.
